I am always up for a good challenge! It has always been a constant struggle for me to eat healthy.  Especially when I have a family that loves sweets and fried foods!  I do quite a bit of research on my own looking for ways to eat healthy but also different ways of incorporating so that it will be something I will look forward to instead of something I will dread.  Recently I had the opportunity to try Chuice.
