Sworkit kids: New Fitness App

Sworkit Announces Launch of Sworkit Kids, a New Fitness App for Kids designed to meet the health and fitness needs of children, Sworkit Kids aims to help kids stay active while teaching them to love exercise from an early age.   According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it is recommended that children participate in 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Sworkit (which stands for Simply WORK IT) is hoping to help children reach these goals with the release of their new kids fitness app, which was designed to meet the health and fitness needs of kids, while teaching them to love exercise from an early age. Sworkit Kids features fun exercise videos demonstrated by kids for kids. Their customizable workouts focus on movements that promote strength, agility, and flexibility and can be performed in segments of 5 minutes or more. The App is available now to download for iOS and Android.

Can they crab crawl for 30 seconds or do 10 squats? How long can they hop on one foot or walk the tightrope? Exercises like these get those little legs moving and their blood pumping while keeping them entertained.

Sworkit Kids is now available for free to download.
