Free River Rafting - Las Vegas (Hurry & Book!)
The tour includes spectacular views of Hoover Dam and the Mike O’Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, as well as the majestic, rugged landscape of the area. Guests check in at the Alan Bible Visitor Center for the Lake Mead National Recreation Area (10 Lakeshore Rd., Boulder City, NV), and from there are transported down the historic Lower Portal Road to the Black Canyon Water Trail of the Colorado River. From that point, guests will board a motorized raft piloted by a guide for a 30-minute float trip. All guests should allow for 1.5 hours total for this tour from the park service parking area and back. Available tour times are 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on April 29; each tour time accommodates 45 guests.
ABOUT BLACK CANYON RIVER ADVENTURES
This unique excursion takes place aboard a motor-assisted raft that allows guests to leisurely enjoy and learn about the history, desert wildlife and beauty in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River. The tour takes place along the portion of the Colorado River designated as the Black Canyon National Water Trail by the National Park Service in 2014.
Both full-day (4.5 hour) and “postcard” tours (1.5 hours) are available. The full-day trip covers 12 miles of the Colorado River and culminates at Willow Beach Marina on Lake Mohave in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. A boxed lunch and transportation back to the departure point is included. Transportation back to your hotel is also available. The postcard tour stays within ½ mile of Hoover Dam and offers spectacular photographic opportunities of the dam and the Mike O’Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial (bypass) bridge completed in October 2010.

Did you know that April is National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month? The theme for this year, according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, is “Embrace Your Voice.” From a blog post in September by Susan Sullivan announcing the theme, she says “Our words shape the world around us. How we talk about sexual violence matters,” spurring forward the theme “Embrace Your Voice.” For over 40 years, SABRE has stood as a proud advocate of women's safety through their extensive line of self-defense products and by teaming up with several philanthropic causes that operate on a global scale. The SABRE team is passionate about prevention and equipping women to fight back and feel safe. With a

Lode Runner Legacy, the newest installment of the beloved 1983 Lode Runner series, is back-and better than ever! D-Backs Opening Day
D-BACKS ANNOUNCE 2018 OPENING DAY FESTIVITIES AT CHASE FIELD
The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks, @LosDbacks) will open their 20th anniversary season this Thursday, March 29 at 7:10 p.m. versus the Colorado Rockies with a series of special pregame events at Chase Field.
Opening Day festivities include:
- BBWAA National League Manager of the Year award to Torey Lovullo
- Louisville Silver Slugger Award presentation to Paul Goldschmidt
- Rawlings Gold Glove Award presentations to Goldschmidt and Zack Greinke
- National anthem sung by local favorite and creator of “D-backs Swing” Roger Clyne
- Flyover by four F-35s from the 309th Fighter Squadron from Luke Air Force Base at the conclusion of the anthem
- Weather permitting, the roof will be open for the game
The ceremonial first pitch will include a D-backs representative from each of the club’s six Postseason teams. Including:

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the Opening Day Street Festival, presented by Fry’s Food Stores. The Opening Day Street Festival will begin at 4:00 p.m. in front of the Gila River Casinos Plaza along 4th Street and Jackson and will feature food trucks, D-backs inflatables, music by Sapphire Sky and several other activities. Fans can also enjoy SOL La Terraza in the Upper Right Field Concourse before the game, and features a Latin vibe with specialized décor, live music and authentic regional food. How fun!
Game Seven Grill will open at 2:00 p.m. for fans to enjoy outdoor seating. As fans enter the stadium, D-backs staff will hand out 40,000 2018 D-backs Schedule Magnet, courtesy of Pepsi, and 40,000 Rally Towels, courtesy of Leslie’s Pool Supplies.
