Sadly, I like many others was raised on fast food. My parents were always gone, worked a lot and my Mom was not in the kitchen much. I had always vowed not to do the same to my children. I did not want my children growing up on fast food. So now as a family, we do not eat out a lot. We try to focus on eating at home and always as a family.
