Those of you who know me know that I'm not keen on cleaning!! I use to be a neat freak and found myself always having to yell at the kids to pick up and clean up after themselves.   With four kids plus  my husband at the time - I realized how often I was nagging and that it wasn't fun for anyone having to hear me telling everyone to pick up all the time, constantly.    I finally laid back - I figure we only live once and why am I going to waste my precious time with my family by nagging and arguing all the time?  So....I can honestly say I don't even remember when the last time my kitchen floors were mopped!  Is that bad?  lol!  I can tell you that over the year I have gone through mop after mop after mop as well as brand after brand after brand.   I can admit I loved the original rag mop - but the issue we had with that is cleaning it and after so many uses it would start smelling and just get plain nasty!  There are several points why I love this mop and makes it so much more easier and less stressful mopping up every night after everyone's in bed.

The Libman Freedom Spray Mop
  • Freedom to choose any cleaning solution you want to put in: Your favorite cleaner, plain water, environmentally friendly solution etc. Removable bottle for easy filling. (I used just plain hot water)
  • Freedom from costly and wasteful disposable pads- reusable microfiber pad can be machine washed up to 50 times. Safe on all flooring surfaces. (Love this! No more cleaning by hand those dirty germ filled mops!)
  •  Freedom from batteries- trigger sprayer allows you to control how much liquid is coming out.  Just grab and go, no heavy messy buckets to lug around.
  • Made in the good old USA by a 4th generation family owned company.
  • Sold fully assembled in the mop and broom section of your favorite store. (This was delivered fully assembled - all I had to do was fill the container and mop)
  • The Freedom Spray Mop will be available at retailers nationwide beginning August 2010 with a suggested retail price of $19.99 to $24.99.

So as a mother do I love this product? YES!!  Like I said I'm not a big fan of cleaning so when it takes me less than ten minutes to mop the floor and throw the pad in the washer......how can I not keep my floors clean!  Even my kids will fight for this as one of their chores - just that alone tells you how easy and fun this mop can be!!
