Update on the Target Post -

After three emails to their customer service department, each with different reps, they finally are offering a full refund of the cake. They want me to call into their customer service department for this....when actually they should be calling me. But all in all this is what should have been done from the beginning. I still love Target, it's fresh products, clearance, and variety of items sold and will continue to shop there. I am not going to let one bad apple ruin a good thing :)

I really encourage customer feedback - whether it's a bad experience or a good one, it will help the company in the long run. There is no way for corporate to know how their customers are being treated unless they receive feedback from the consumer. And after all.......the consumer is what makes the Company!

  1. I went back to read your Target fiasco- I do agree, a phone call was in order. Customer Service is over rated for many companies today. I also like to shop at Target, as their prices and products are usually very competitive. On another note, I'd think twice before I used the bakery again, if I were in your shoes.
